Sharing a commitment to service and truly helping people, we combined our strengths and shared values to build a team focused on doing real estate the right way: prioritizing our clients and our community.
Rob: With a background serving in the Navy, the Army, and in law enforcement, I pivoted and became a REALTOR® in 2011. The occupational hazard was certainly lower, but I quickly realized I was still serving people in a meaningful way. I’ve sold a lot of things in my life, but nothing as impactful to people’s lives as real estate. It’s often a person’s greatest asset, but it also holds value beyond money for most families.
I’ve had the honor of leading high-performing teams, coaching agents across the country, and helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes. I’ve learned a lot along the way, and those lessons have shaped how I lead—focusing on strong culture, consistent service, and sustainable growth. I lead by example, share my knowledge, and uplift those around me.
In 2024, I encouraged Sabra to start a team with me. From the beginning, we’ve only worked with serious professionals—future industry leaders with integrity and drive. We want partners who take ownership and truly care about how they serve. Our entire team brings different strengths to the table. Sabra and I have found that as team leads we have complementary strengths, leading us to challenge each other, balance each other, and share the same vision of what this business looks like at its best.
As a girl dad to four daughters, I’ve spent over 20 years as a dance dad, cheering them on. And now I get to support them in new ways, as two of them join me in real estate. I’m motivated to show them what’s possible through hard work and living with purpose. One of the ways I’ve done that is through Thanksgiving Heroes, a nonprofit I started in 2013 after promising my mom I’d feed 10 families for Thanksgiving. That first year, we fed 755. Today, it’s a national organization serving thousands of families across 15 states.
With our clients, our team, and our community, the goal is the same: lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and leave people better than we found them.
Sabra: For years, I worked behind the scenes as the CFO of a real estate brokerage—managing financials, overseeing transactions, and stepping in when things
went wrong. I saw where deals broke down, where systems failed, and where clients weren’t getting the care they deserved. I started thinking: I can do this, and I can do it better.
I’d known Rob for years, and he asked me to get licensed and join his new team. I told him, “I’m not a REALTOR®. I’m not a salesperson.” He told me to go home and redefine what being an agent really means. I did. And the word that came to mind was “fiduciary.”
That word has shaped both my personal and professional life. When my father passed away, I became fiduciary for my mother, managing everything she needed and making decisions in her best interest. Later, when a coworker’s husband died unexpectedly, I helped her organize their finances and navigate what came next. As a CFO, I protected companies through high-risk transactions and held responsibility for other people’s money, assets, and outcomes. Being a fiduciary means putting others first, and that’s the standard I’ve always held myself to.
When I became a real estate agent, it was not as a salesperson, but as someone who already understood what it means to act on behalf of others. In my first year, I helped 25 families. Some were navigating loss or divorce; others were first-time buyers and growing families. Every client put their trust in me, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I’m here to guide, advocate, and serve not only my clients, but our team too. I’ve really valued the opportunity to lead alongside Rob, helping other professionals grow, find their strengths, and bring real value to this industry.
We stay hands-on and proactive throughout every transaction. Clients always know what’s going on, and we make sure the experience feels organized and personal from start to finish. We’re big on clear communication, reliable systems, and showing up with solutions when things come up.
For sellers, we bring a pricing strategy and marketing plan that’s built to move the needle. Our team doesn’t just list homes—we work to get them sold. That includes boots-on-the-ground work like door knocking, letting neighbors know there’s a chance to bring friends or family into the area with a new available listing. We also leverage online marketing and targeted outreach to make sure each listing gets the right eyes on it.
For buyers, whether it’s your first house or your tenth, we help you evaluate your options, keeping your immediate needs and future goals in mind. We have a great team of trusted vendors to recommend, coordinate, and keep track of all the moving parts, walk you through the offers and negotiation process, and ensure closing is seamless. Investors, military families, and families navigating big changes—we are here to help!
Sincerely,

Sabra Hopkins
